Initial Consultation for Pet Care

What Can I Expect?

A FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION - for pet care!


When you call CCPS we will set up your FREE pet consult, prior to scheduling care with your pet sitter. Paperwork is sometimes sent in advance, by mail, so your mailing & physical address will be required. Please complete as much as possible prior to our appointment time and call us with any questions. We will go through the responses together, at this meet & greet.


This consultation lasts about 45 minutes and MUST take place in the home where care will be; with all applicable pets present. We use this time to get to know you and your pets, make sure we are a good fit for each other, and go over a customized plan that meets your needs. Your service contract is completed, fees are collected, and pet schedules are set up and arranged at this time.


After your contract is in place - you are sent a welcome email, set up with a client portal account and are now part of our CCPS family! 


Any subsequent visits can be arranged through a reservation system. You can contact us by phone, email, through the CCPS Client page on our website, or on petsitclick online and through your customer portal via the CCPS app; saving you and CCPS valuable time and resources.


Once your service is set up, we will email you a confirmation and invoice receipt. Service contracts only have to be filled out once and are kept on-file. We set up your profile to simply update, as needed. 


Your petsitter will give you a call 1-2 days prior to your departure, to verify any updates or changes in schedule. We ask that if clients are leaving gratuity or a note, to place it in an envelope, mark it CCPS, and let their petsitter know, so they are aware to look for it.

NEW CLIENTS-

Please contact us by phone, email, and website, if you are a new client. New clients should also contact us 7-10 days prior to any trip. We will try to accommodate any request.


EXISTING CLIENTS -

Are able to contact us by means listed above and also through text, online in your customer portal or your CCPS mobile app. We encourage 48-72 hours notice, for reservation requests, to ensure availability.


HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS -

CCPS clients should give at least 1-2 week notice, before reserving over these time-periods, as schedules may fill up fast. Last-minute requests or changes over a holiday will incur a short-notice fee. Short-notice cancellations are charged full rate.

Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Saturdays 9am-noon.
Closed on Sundays & Holidays.
